In 2011 I started a small sole trader business called Herbs of Life. I didn’t see the main objective at the time but I felt I wanted to create a business that produced therapeutic healing herbal teas, traditional kombucha and living foods.
I journeyed for 3 years into my own health studying Iridology, Naturopathy and Herbal Medicine. I fell in love with the art and science of traditional healing. I felt a re-connection with nature and my body, mind and soul. Our journey with food, nourishment and conscious practice never ceases.
This was going to be my new path in life, healing with real foods and natures medicine and working with people to facilitate their journey. These main fundamentals of healing beginning with food and the respect of food as thy medicine, and thus Herbs of Life was born.
12 years on Herbs of Life has organically grown and continues nourishing people. My conscious connection with life, food and healing continues with this day.
